Delete my Cleaning Connect account and associated data
Users can request deletion of their Cleaning Connect account and all associated data. After receiving the request, the account owner/admin will verify ownership and process the deletion.
Data Deleted:
- Account information (name, email, phone number)
- Profile data
- User-generated posts
- Bookings and assignments (where applicable)
- Uploaded images
Request deletion of specific data without deleting my account
Users can request deletion of specific personal data without deleting their Cleaning Connect account. The user account remains active after processing the request.
Examples:
- Delete user-created posts
- Remove or update profile information
- Remove specific uploaded content
Required Steps:
- Enter account email
- Select deletion request type
- Submit deletion request
- We verify account ownership
- Requested data is deleted
Data Retention Information
Cleaning Connect does not retain personal data after a completed deletion request.
Your deletion request has been submitted successfully. We will review your request and process it within a reasonable timeframe.
